❓️ When I tried to sign up for Infinite Campus it asked for an activation key. Where do I get that?

✅️ The NCSIS Parent Portal Activation Code Lookup site we mentioned in our how-to video. You'll need to know your student's id to obtain a code.

❓️ My phone number has changed, and the activation key lookup site needs to send me a verification code before I can get an activation code. What do I do?

✅️ Call the school and ask to speak with the data manager about updating your phone number in Infinite Campus.

❓️ I never received an email from Infinite Campus about signing my registration renewal documents.

✅️ We may not have your email stored in Infinite Campus, or your email may have failed to transfer when we migrated to Infinite Campus last year. Contact the school to confirm.
